Co-Founder & CEO

After years in the tech world, and even more years riding bikes, Pete endeavored to combine those two passions at Beeline Bikes. Pete has over 20 years experience as an operating executive and venture investor in Silicon Valley. Previously Pete was COO at AppCentral (acquired by Good Technology), spent 12 years as a co-founding Partner at BlueRun Ventures, and was an early stage investor and served on the Board of Directors of Like.com (acquired by Google), Location Labs (acquired by AVG), Netli (acquired by Akamai) and Paypal (acquired by eBay), among others. Pete’s operating and investing experience has spanned the US, Europe and Asia.

Andy Jeffrey

Co-Founder & CTO

Andy and Pete met 8 years prior to starting Beeline Bikes, and they often struck up technology conversations on the sidelines of their kid’s soccer games. Now they strike up technology conversations 24/7/365. Prior to Beeline Bikes, Andy was a technology and operations executive with 30 years of diverse experience building world-class teams, technologies, systems, and processes. Andy’s expertise in building large scale customer-facing systems with complex backend integrations is the perfect match to scale Beeline Bikes.

Neil Macc

Chief Innovation & Product Officer

With over 20 years experience in the Cycling Industry, Neil brings a vast knowledge for all things cycling. A career that started on the sales floor of the local bike shop and grew with experience as a certified mechanic, parts buyer, product tester, race mechanic, and all around cycling enthusiast. At Beeline Bikes, Neil is a member of the executive team and works extensively with prospective and existing franchisees to develop, enhance, and innovate the mobile bike shop model.

Pete Small

VP, Marketing & Business Operations

Pete oversees the Beeline Bikes’ marketing strategy and day-to- day business operations. Previously, Pete spent 5 years at Target Corporation leading merchandise planning and operations teams. Pete has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. On the weekends you can find Pete seeking out adventures — either riding his bike in Marin or skiing in Tahoe.
